We’re so glad you’re interested in joining the Front Range Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps (FRvMRC).

There are many ways to be involved, and we truly value every level of participation. Virtual team members are just as essential as our boots-on-the-ground responders. Whether you can volunteer occasionally or for extended periods, your time and talents matter. Deployment is always voluntary, and we work with you to find the level of involvement that fits your life.

If you would like to help our community prepare for and respond to disasters, please complete our interest form to share a bit about yourself, your experience, and how you’d like to contribute.

To become an active volunteer, registration with the Colorado Volunteer Mobilizer (CVM) is required. CVM is Colorado’s official statewide system for coordinating volunteers during public health and emergency response efforts. As part of the registration process, a background check is required to ensure the safety and integrity of our response teams.

Three easy steps to become a volunteer:

1. Interest form

Let us know who you are and how you want to help!

This short form will get you in touch with our team leads - feel free to do just this step if you want to reach out with further questions before full registration.

3. CVM Registration

After registration, a background check will be performed.

Once approved within the CVM, you'll be issued a volunteer ID badge and are ready for deployment!
