Aspen Acres Fire Response

FRvMRC volunteers are actively deployed in response to the Aspen Acres Fire near Pueblo, CO where they are supporting state and local organizations in the shelter efforts for the >1000 displaced animals. Our team of veterinarians, technicians, and volunteers are responding to veterinary medical emergencies, managing biosecurity, and assisting with the care of these animals while they are sheltered.
